Designed entirely out of reclaimed Teak, this unit boasts an abundance of storage ideal for those looking for understated elegance. It helps store any necessary cooking or serving utensils.
The Reclaimed Teak's flowing grain lines give it a sleek, modern appearance.
The cabinet has 3 soft close drawers that can accommodate various items such as cooking tools and cutlery or crockery. Everything is housed in a strong, reclaimed Teak frame with a nice Dark Stone Ceramic worktop.
When combined with the 6 burner BBQ from this series, this add-on unit is fantastic since it offers additional versatility as well as a spacious work surface and storage room to help with catering for medium-sized to big gatherings. To build your own outdoor kitchen, you can also mix and match this model with several modular units. Options include drawers, cabinets, sinks, and fridges; all are excellently made and reasonably priced!
Since all of the Teak in this Draco Grills Outdoor Kitchen collection is reclaimed, each panel, frame, and unit is entirely unique!
Because of its high concentration of natural oils and minerals, which protect it from water, rot, insect infestation, fungal decay, and mildew, it requires almost no maintenance.
Your Teak kitchen will survive for many years if you closely monitor it.
Given that Teak is a natural material, variations in colour, texture, and other natural features should be anticipated, particularly when using only 100% reclaimed Teak.
Your new Teak units can have surface oil coating when they arrive. This is normal, and as your units become used to their new environment, any residue will be gone in 7 - 10 days.
It is important to understand that every timber component used in your Teak units will eventually age uniformly to reveal the silver-grey patina of Teak. To prevent the timber from gradually deteriorating, Teak treatments applied from the top can help maintain the original golden appearance.
The British climate is somewhat variable, thus occasionally checking or cracking may happen, especially on the end grain. Shocks to air temperature and humidity, especially in the summer, can generate these cracks, which are the opening and closing of the grain. This is normal and shouldn't have any negative effects on how sturdy or long-lasting your kitchen units are.
Before using, we advise lubricating and tightening all moving parts and fittings. Please keep in mind that brass-ware that is left outside may tarnish.
