The Fuego Brick 80 is the perfect starting point for the Pizza enthusiast looking to make professional pizza's at home.
The Brick oven heats up quickly as it will reach it's optimal cooking temperature within 30 minutes. Once up to temperature, your pizza's will be cooked between 90 - 120 seconds.
However, don't think this is just a pizza only oven. The Clasico can bake up-to 6 loaves of bread, it can hold 2 large roasting trays or cook 2 x 12-inch pizzas at one time. It is also useful for Roasting, Slow cooking and smoking.
Thanks to the inner core form, the oven will maintain a high heat for over 4 hours and it will maintain a lower temperature for up to 12 hours, without the need to add additional wood to the fire.

After Care
Re-seal the oven with 2 coats of solvent based waterproof sealant at the end of the summer before the weather begins to turn.
Cover the oven during period of poor weather (much of the winter) BUT be mindful that after a few weeks condensation may have built up under that cover, so the customer should to their best to remove the cover on sunny days to allow the oven to breath
Use the oven as much as possible, the easiest way to keep an oven dry is to use it every week or two. By using it, moisture is pushed out of the oven naturally as the temperature rises.
Delivery:
The Fuego Clasico 80 pizza oven arrives on a standard crated pallet, weighing approximately 850kg. The driver will be able to unload the pallet using a tail lift. The pallet can be manoeuvred on solid, level ground with a pallet truck.
